Happy 12th Birthday Paxie!

My awesome adopted little sister Paxton turned 12 on Monday! I can hardly believe she's only twelve, seeing as she's almost as tall as I am. It's kinda depressing actually. I love you Paxton! You may already know this, but I feel obligated to tell you that you ROCK!

For those of you who haven't had the pleasure of meeting this amazing young women, Paxton is an amazing gymnast! I envy her so much! She's beautiful, smart, funny, and in a second can whip out the kind of awesome comebacks that I can only come up with, lying in bed at night 6 hours after I needed them....Here's to you Paxie! I love you!

New Moon, Sweet 16, and the Worlds MOST amazing family and friends!

I came home from school yesterday, took a shower, and made myself look nice because I felt that I should celebrate the last day of school before Thanksgiving break. The next time I walk through the doors of SCEC High, I'll be 16 years old! Anyway, I was sorta working on math homework, well at least I had my math book out...when Samantha ran down to tell me that we had t run to the store real quick, and did I wanna come? So I put on my shoes, and was trying to get in the car when my mother blind-folded me...?!? It's orders from your Best friend. We're going to her house, and she wants you blind-folded. Slightly disturbing, but not too weird, Brianna's done this before. Than we're driving, and Samantha's on the phone with Braji, and they're yelling about being late...and I still can't see, which is very disorienting. Than I get out of the car, and mom leads me up the step....an leaves me there with Maren. I can hear people talking and laughing at me, I most definitely smell popcorn, and I'm feeling like I want to KILL my best friend for putting me through this. And than Samantha has my hand, and is dangerously dragging me around and she runs me into a pole! and forgets to hold a door for me! I feared for my life!! And than the blindfold is off, and Miss Dana, Brianna, Paxton, Franki, Miranda,Samantha, Katelyn, and Ashlee are singing happy birthday while some very confused by standers stare at me and my crazy friends partying in the line for NEW MOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought I was gonna pass out! I didn't think that I was gonna be able to go, cause I never have any money. Ana, I'd had to hear about it all day at school, I'm going! Are you going? Why not? Oh...Sorry... Even my English teacher was going! I was pretty depressed!

I guess Samantha has been planning this for, like, a year. She got everyone else involved, and turned it into the BEST Sweet 16 EVER! It took all I had not to cry, because I didn't want my meticulously applied mascara to run! The movie was AMAZING!! 10 trillion times better than Twilight! Once I got in the theater I even saw my friends Nicole from school and Brookie from church! I have to say it now....Taylor Lautner just might be the HOTTEST thing on the planet earth!!! And he defiantly has the cutest puppy dog eyes! I want a werewolf so BAD!!! Although I wanna be a vampire myself! And Emmett Cullen is pretty fine too!Why can't guys like that exist in my world??? Actually it would be a shorter list to talk about men in that movie who aren't hot. Like Robert Pattinson...I totally do not get the R Patz craze! Now, don't go leaving nasty comments...If your an R PAtz fan please comment and see if you can explain it to me. What's so hot about him?? Anyway..Do you wanna now what else makes Taylor Lautner amazing, besides his obvious hotness? He doesn't smoke, he doesn't drink, he doesn't believe in sex before marriage, and he refused to get a real tattoo for the movie because he "didn't want to disfigure" his body! He's Mormon and he doesn't even now it! lol. jk. But honestly if he was a return missionary I would go find him! I'm close enough to it already..! And he's only 17! So close to my age!! *Sigh* Anyway, here are some pictures of my most fantastical night for your enjoyment. Please don't mind me, I guess the camera does add 10 pounds...My face looks really chubby in these particular pictures. I do work out, I promise! In fact, I plan on a killer work out today, so that I can keep all that popcorn off! lol.

I talk about my blessings a lot, and I will continue to, because I have a lot of them to talk about!

Today, I wanna talk about family, particularly my adopted family, The Longo's. Specifically Miss Dana! She is so much a part of my life, and I don't think I could ever accurately express how much she has done for me! She has raised my Best Friend, as well as my baby brother, and 4 of my awesome little sisters! She has a strength that I don't think she recognizes in her self. Her always positive attitude towards the future is inspiring, and the patience and understanding with which she guides her family is truly admirable. I hope that one day I will be able to be a mother like her, and my mom. And that one day I will be able to make a difference in someone's life the way they have in mine.

My greatest blessing comes in not having just one AMAZING family, and Mother, but TWO! Here's to you Mom and Miss Dana! I hope that one day each of you will be able to recognize what a beautiful gift you are in my life, and all the lives around you! You are Special! I love you, and I am eternally grateful for the blessing of YOU in my life!

Happy Halloween!

Once again, I'm posting from the Longo Family computer.
Last night was Halloween and my family went to the Springs to take the kids trick-or-treating, and I hung out with the Longos. In the morning we went to watch Zach's game...which they lost! Although it doesn't really matter, because it was only a JV. They beasted the game that mattered! When we played varsity on Friday night, we one 36 to 12, sending us to STATE! Oh yeah!
And than while the girls and Mr. Justin and Miss Dana were out trick-or-treating, Paxton, Braji, Zach, Evan, and I watched The Univited, which is a seriously trippy movie! I had so much fun! I'm always so entertained when I go to the Longo's house. Brianna and Zachary got into a slight scuffle, (she almost put him through a wall) that'll teach him to be loud and annoying when we're watching a movie! lol. We went through about 18 bags of chips, at least 12 soda's and half a bowl of candy, which because of Brianna's new "low calorie" diet means that she probably won't be able to eat for a week! lol. Luv ya Girlie! And I'm claiming nothing We laughed harder than I have in what feels like ages! Than the girls and Miss Dana and I watched Sweet November, which is an amazing movie! I will never forget this weekend, it's been another everday, ordinary, crazy, miracle! P.S. I'll get pics of all the kids dressed up on here soon!
